A study on experience in psychodrama supervisere's supervision : focus group interview

Abstract

|
This study is a gualitative study in which a focus group interview was conducted to study the experience od the supervision of psychodrama supervisee. To this end, the research question is, what does the psychodrama supercisee experience through the psychodrama supervision?' For this study, a group of 11 experts and trainig coures of the Korean Association for Psychodrama and Sociodrama. As a result of the study, 5 themes and 14 sub-themes were drawn from this study. The themes of this study are' Gaining the power to sustaain psychodrama', 'Becomin an oppertunity to recharge', 'Doubting the sperties of supervision', 'Supervisor's disrespect for the rudeness', and 'Suervision education for the supervisor are rsperate'. Through supervision, it was foud from the fact that the supervisor grows through supervision, and it is recognized that the need for supervision training for the supercivisor is desperately required.
